Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance

Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday

Role Overview:

The Logistician IV serves as Key Personnel providing senior logistics leadership for the program. This role oversees logistics planning, execution, and compliance across multiple sites and operational environments.

Responsibilities include logistics strategy development, oversight of inventory and fielding operations, coordination with program management, and customer interface, warehouse operations, supervise logistics personnel, and ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for logistics coordination

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Specific Skillset

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations, including receiving, issuing, inventory management, and shipping
  • Experience leading and supervising logistics teams and warehouse personnel
  • Strong knowledge of ERP or logistics management systems for transaction processing and reporting
  • Ability to conduct inventory reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and causative research
  • Experience implementing and driving continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives
  • Familiarity with packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M) standards
  • Strong understanding of safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements in logistics environments
Requirements:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field (preferred)
  • MHE License and OSHA Certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 12+ years DoD logistics experience
  • Experience leading logistics teams and operations
  • Familiarity with DFARS and IUID requirements
