Overview
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time

Our Level II–III NICU is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, confident, and collaborative Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a team that truly works together. Responsibilities
- Choose your lifestyle: 12 or 24hour shifts.
- Level III, 13-bed NICU with over 3,000 deliveries (225 NICU admits per year).
- Highacuity variety: from newborn rounding to delivery attendance to handson stabilization.
- Real responsibility: lead neonatal resuscitation, manage critical infants, and coordinate transports to and from regional nurseries.
- Work with the best: neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialists.
- 1 Neonatologist and 1 NNP per shift, manageable census.

Qualifications
- NNPBC certification and state licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of NNP experience in a Level III/IV NICU.
- Calm under pressure, strong communicator, teamfirst mindset.
- Able to practice independently covering the newborn service.
- Clean background, NC licensure and NRP certification required.
