Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards and supporting the Company's Quality objectives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates Corrective Action Process
- Supervisor Quality Techs and CMM Operator across all shifts
- Responsible for Internal Quality Goals
- Support internal and third-party Quality Audits to maintain consistent compliance with IATF 16949
- Perform Layered Process Audits
- Manage MRB area, containment and sorting activities as needed
- Assists in the development of new and existing programs through the use of APQP
- Assists the Quality Manager in day-to-day managerial
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Background in Automotive Casting, Machining or Assembly Field
- Previous Quality Experience is Required
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance
- CMM operation and programming experience preferred
- Blueprint Reading
- Must have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques
- SPC and APQP as it pertains to Automotive Quality Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Employees are expected to work onsite to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessary
Work Environment:
Will work in both office and manufacturing floor environment. When on manufacturing floor will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasionally exposed to wet conditions, fumes, vibrations and loud noise and exposure to seasonally hot and humid environment.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 – 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred; OR:
- Two-years of college or associate degree completed with at least 4-6 years of progressively responsible manufacturing related experience
