About the Role

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the growth and development of our AuraLux product and Practice Development Management (PDM) initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content development, campaign execution, and brand support within the medical aesthetics industry.

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing team, Practice Development Managers, and Commercial Leadership to help create impactful marketing assets and support initiatives designed to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and product adoption.

What You’ll Do

· Assist with the development of marketing materials and sales support assets for the AuraLux product line.

· Support Practice Development Managers (PDMs) by creating presentations, promotional materials, educational tools, and customer-facing resources.

· Collaborate with Marketing leadership to brainstorm and develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Assist with social media content creation, digital marketing initiatives, and email campaign support.

· Help organize and maintain marketing collateral, product assets, and branding materials.

· Support the creation of visual content, graphics, and promotional concepts for internal and external campaigns.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights within the aesthetics industry.

· Assist with coordinating marketing projects, campaign timelines, and launch activities.

· Support event preparation, webinars, training materials, and customer engagement initiatives as needed.

· Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Practice Development teams to support commercial objectives.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

· Strong interest in marketing, branding, medical aesthetics, or healthcare innovation.

· Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about creative marketing and brand development.
