About This Position
The Digital Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing Emerson Health’s website strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital analytics. This role leads the optimization, performance, and ongoing development of all website properties to ensure a seamless user experience, improved search visibility, and measurable outcomes. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure content, structure, and functionality meet strategic objectives and comply with industry best practices. The role also includes building and maintaining performance dashboards, identifying growth opportunities through data insights, and ensuring web content is aligned with user needs and organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Education
- BA or BS required
- Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in managing web properties preferred
- Demonstrated success in establishing and implementing a marketing technology vision
- 3+ years’ marketing-related or similar experience
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, reporting and dashboard development, analysis and delivery
- Licensure and/or Certification
- None required
- Skills
- Ability to lead technology, marketing, and project management processes
- Proficiency with content management, web, social, and mobile platforms
- Deep domain knowledge of the marketing technology application landscape, including Salesforce CRM, HubSpot; LionShare or other marketing automation tools and Google Analytics
- Use of data management tools and best practices related to sales and marketing
- Analytical thinker and thrives in working in cross-functional teams
