Key Responsibilities
* Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
* Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records.
* Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on growth initiatives
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications
* 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Service Titan, On-Call Air, or similar tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a constant evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B sales
* Knowledge of consultative or solution-based selling techniques
* Existing industry relationships or network is a plus
