POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Inadev is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic digital transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven initiatives for federal and commercial clients. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business analysis, stakeholder engagement, go-to-market strategy, and data solution experience, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business outcomes. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, support solution delivery, drive process optimization, and contribute to organizational change management and customer adoption efforts.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end project and product lifecycle activities including requirements management, process optimization, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation support, and operational readiness.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, solution narratives, business cases, value propositions, and strategic communications that align technical solutions to mission and business objectives.
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Partner with program managers, engineers, architects, and data teams to translate customer needs into scalable and user-centric solutions.
  • Support organizational change management (OCM) activities including stakeholder communications, training materials, adoption strategies, and end-user engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional collaboration meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives including proposal development, solution positioning, competitive analysis, and client-facing presentations.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by helping define KPIs, success metrics, reporting requirements, and adoption measurement strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams while supporting delivery excellence across multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2-3 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
  • Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
  • Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.
  • Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks.
  • Must enjoy working with a vibrant team of outgoing personalities.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience supporting business analysis, digital transformation, data analytics, SaaS, or technology consulting initiatives.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, enterprise SaaS platforms, AI/ML solutions, business intelligence, or cloud-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or organizational change management initiatives.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
