Job Description
Curinos is seeking a Senior Designer (UX) to join our growing UX chapter within the Product & Technology organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across our product portfolio by leading design eDorts within cross-functional product teams. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, this designer will bring a strong user-centered mindset to complex, data-driven products - balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Reporting to the Director of User Experience, this role emphasizes deep craft, collaboration, and influence, helping ensure that UX is a core driver of product quality and business impact.
Responsibilities
Champion user-centered design
- Advocate for user needs by leveraging research, data, and feedback
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing (in partnership with stakeholders where applicable)
- Iterate on designs based on insights, product analytics, and experimentation
Own and deliver high-quality product design
- Lead end-to-end UX design for key product areas - from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, eDective user experiences
- Produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design
Collaborate within empowered product teams
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction and priorities
- Contribute to product discovery, helping define problems and validate solutions early
- Ensure design feasibility and support high-quality implementation
Influence product strategy
- Bring strong UX perspective into roadmap discussions and product decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve usability, eDiciency, and overall experience quality
- Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
Contribute to design systems and standards
- Apply and evolve design systems, patterns, and UX best practices
- Promote consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products
- Help define and improve design workflows and team practices
Mentor and elevate design craft
- Provide guidance and feedback to other designers
- Share knowledge, best practices, and design thinking approaches
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative UX culture
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Bring new ideas and approaches to improve products and processes
- Advocate for quality, simplicity, and meaningful design
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 (plus Bonus)
Desired Skills & Expertise
- 6+ years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Experience with complex, data-heavy or B2B/SaaS products preferred
- Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills
