  • Partner with senior strategy leaders and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, medical, and managed care functions to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive research to support market access and pricing strategies for existing and pipeline products.
  • Leverage analytics and forecasting tools to evaluate contract opportunities and optimize long-term access and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate with trade operations and finance teams to maintain financial integrity and ensure accurate data exchange with distribution partners and GPO accounts.
  • Develop and communicate distribution-related reporting, analytics, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on pharmaceutical distribution networks, contracting structures, pricing implications, and reimbursement considerations.
  • Support the resolution of pricing and access challenges through deep understanding of healthcare channels, contracts, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Health Policy, or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, market access, finance, consulting, pharmacy, business development, or related healthcare functions.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare economics, pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement models, and market access strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels, GPO structures, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytics-driven business strategy.
  • Ability to communicate complex pricing and deal structures clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage change effectively.
  • Previous consulting experience and experience working in cross-functional pharmaceutical environments are highly valued.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a remote and fast-paced setting.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Competitive salary range of $160,300 – $297,700 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for performance-based cash incentives and potential annual equity awards.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions and matching.
  • Generous paid time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays, and leave programs.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare and market access initiatives with high business impact.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on growth, innovation, and professional development.
