Outside Sales Consultant/In-Home Estimator at MY Shower Door – Boca Raton, Florida

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join the MY Shower Door team. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners and contractors select, customize, and install high-quality frameless shower enclosures. If you enjoy blending precision with customer service, this role is for you.

• Conduct in-home consultations to measure and assess shower enclosure installations.
• Recommend products and finishes aligned with customer needs and aesthetics.
• Convert in-field measurements into accurate specs for fabrication and installation.
• Prepare and deliver estimates, close sales, and manage the customer journey.
• Collaborate with showroom staff, operations, and installation teams for a seamless experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness – you can visualize and plan custom installations in real time.
• Comfortable working with fractions and field measurements – accuracy matters here.
• A personable, persuasive communicator – you build trust, explain details clearly, and close confidently.
• Self-starter who’s organized, punctual, and thrives on accountability.
• A commitment to craftsmanship and detail – you take pride in getting it right.

• Previous sales experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or design
• Comfort using CRM tools and digital scheduling
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Base salary + attractive commission ($50,000–$100,000+)

The Estimator/Outside Sales Associate primarily operates in an outside sales capacity, spending a significant portion of their time traveling to various customer locations, including private residences, construction sites, and commercial properties. The remaining time may be spent in a professional office setting for administrative tasks, meetings, and client follow-up.

Monday – Friday [8:30 am – 4:30 pm]

Saturday [on rotation]
