About This Position

GMG is seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Specialist with experience in a mortgage servicing or default firm setting. The Foreclosure Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of foreclosure proceedings, including coordination with non-judicial foreclosure commissioners, responding to inquiries from borrowers and heirs, maintaining database accuracy, and escalating matters to management as appropriate.

  • Conduct thorough case reviews and proceed in accordance with the federal non-judicial foreclosure process and HUD guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date entries across all required systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers and interested third parties regarding foreclosure matters.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on case review progress, portfolio assessments, and foreclosure metrics.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer information and interactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Adhere to all established company policies and procedures.

  • Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Legal or paralegal background is a plus.
  • Experience & Knowledge
  • Understanding of the foreclosure and evictions process preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Additional Requirements
  • This is a fully on-site position in Tulsa, OK, performed within a secure Federal Government contractor facility.
  • Mandatory successful completion of a federal background check, including criminal history review, credit screening, and fingerprinting, prior to employment
