Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, compliance-focused F&I Manager to join our team. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and committed to ethical, transparent automotive sales, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:
The F&I Manager is responsible for securing financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring every deal is structured in full compliance with California state laws and dealership policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
• Present F&I products (GAP, service contracts, etc.) clearly and ethically
• Ensure full compliance with California regulations, including disclosure laws, rate accuracy, and documentation
• Maintain strict adherence to truth-in-lending, privacy, and fair lending practices
• Accurately complete and review all deal paperwork
• Work closely with sales team to finalize deals efficiently and transparently
• Provide a professional, pressure-free experience for every customer

Qualifications:

• Previous F&I Manager experience required (CDJR experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of California automotive compliance laws
• Proven track record of performance and product penetration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
