🚀 The Role: Customer Service Representative (CPAP & Sleep Therapy)

As a CPAP Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients managing their sleep apnea therapy. You will handle inbound and outbound communications to assist patients with equipment inquiries, manage CPAP supply reorders, and ensure insurance compliance

🔍 What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

• High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and answer a multi-line phone system.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls to assist patients with basic equipment troubleshooting, sizing inquiries, and general questions about their sleep therapy devices.

• Proactively contact patients to enroll them in and manage their CPAP resupply programs based on their eligibility.

• Accurately enter new patient information, including diagnoses, physician details, insurance, and product needs.

• Process physician orders, verify insurance, and ensure orders are complete and ready to go.

• Verify patient insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage details, deductibles, and co-pays.
