As we celebrate our 15-year anniversary, we’re expanding aggressively and looking for experienced sales professionals who want high commissions, flexibility, and real earning potential.

This is a commission-only position for motivated closers who are confident selling HVAC systems, replacements, and upgrades.

• HVAC or construction sales experience preferred
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – strongly preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• Ability to explain HVAC systems clearly to customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently
• Existing customer base is a big plus
