Job Summary: As an Operations Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in business, supply chain, logistics, and/or operations management. Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Participation:

• Engage actively in the structured training program designed to provide a deep understanding of the company's operations.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to acquire knowledge about processes, systems, and industry standards.

Process Familiarization:

• Learn and understand the key operational processes within the organization.
• Collaborate with team members to gain insights into day-to-day activities and responsibilities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support decision-making processes.

Workflow Coordination:

• Shadow and work alongside experienced operations professionals to understand workflow coordination.
• Learn to optimize processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Develop effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
