Madison Mallards Beer Pourer at Mendota Hospitality LLC – Madison, Wisconsin

Beer Pourers are the front-line of the beverage experience at Warner Park. Beer Pourers are expected to have great customer service skills and follow proper alcohol awareness policies. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.

Use the Square point-of-sale system to sell beverages to customers including processing payment.

Follow proper alcohol awareness and service policies.

Pour tap beer and serve canned beverage product in a high-volume environment.

Stock and inventory product levels in assigned station.

Under guidance of Concessions Supervisors, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.

Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for beer pouring or bartending positions.
