10 South Wedding Venue is part of BEDO Brands, a collection of brands that focuses on hospitality and the wedding industry, which also includes Mercantile Hall and Bon Bon Belle Bridal Boutique. • $300 guarantee per shift

Schedule: Fri-Sun afternoons/evenings

Who do you have to be?

• Someone with a full-time job who has the flexibility to work Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and/or late on Sundays
• Experienced in bartending
• Someone who likes to be busy and on their feet at work
• Lives within 30 minutes of 10 South
• Excels at customer service
• Able to be personable with guests without getting caught up in conversation

What do you have to do?

• Set-up and break down bar with liquor, serving ware, etc. according to event specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar
• Serve beverages in a responsible manner according to Wisconsin state liquor laws and rules set in place by 10 South
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and fulfill drink requests accordingly
• In some cases, receive payment from guests and process/make change accordingly
