BFC Solutions is looking for an HR Generalist who can operate as a true generalist while bringing strong talent acquisition and onboarding capability to the team. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, new hire onboarding, employee support, HR administration, compliance, and HRIS data integrity. The right candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and confident partnering directly with managers and employees. This is an onsite role based in Nashville and is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative, and highly involved in day-to-day HR operations.
What You Will DoIn this role, you will support both the people side and the operational side of HR, with responsibilities that include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, align on candidate profiles, and help drive timely, quality hiring decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment processes, new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and early new hire follow-up.
- Help create a positive, organized, and consistent onboarding experience for new hires and their leaders.
- Maintain accurate employee records, job data changes, and HR transactions in ADP Workforce Now.
- Respond to employee and manager questions related to policies, procedures, systems, and day-to-day HR support.
- Support employee relations matters through documentation, information gathering, and partnership with HR leadership.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave support, compliance tracking, reporting, and other HR administrative processes as assigned.
- Support HR projects and process improvements related to recruiting, onboarding, retention, compliance, and employee experience.
- Work onsite five days per week in the Nashville office and build strong in-person partnerships across the business.
We are looking for a strong HR professional who can balance recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration with a high level of organization and follow-through.
Required
- Three to five years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful experience in recruiting and onboarding.
- Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner effectively with managers and employees across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
- Willingness to work onsite in Nashville five days per week.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior HR generalist experience supporting employee relations, benefits, leave, compliance, and employee recordkeeping.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
This role will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and consistency of key HR processes. Success in the role will include:
- Timely and effective support of recruiting activity and hiring manager needs.
- A smooth, organized onboarding experience for new hires.
- Accurate HR data management and responsive day-to-day employee and manager support.
This role is primarily office-based and requires regular onsite presence. Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Working onsite in an office environment in Nashville five days per week.
- Sitting, standing, walking, and using standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Occasional travel to other company locations, as needed.
