About This Position

Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS), we are seeking a Technical Recruiter focused on Cybersecurity and IT, you will manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, from defining candidate evaluation standards to conducting interviews and verifying credentials. You will partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand critical skill requirements and deliver exceptional talent that meets organizational needs.

You will also build and maintain strong pipelines of Cybersecurity and IT professionals through proactive sourcing, networking at industry events, and leveraging social media platforms. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for Cybersecurity and IT roles, ensuring only highly qualified professionals are presented to hiring managers.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent through LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and niche job boards.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process using the Talent Acquisition System, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop strong partnerships with technical hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving skill needs.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of Cybersecurity and IT candidates for current and future openings.
  • Submit at least 3 qualified candidates per requisition weekly.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and insights to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and online communities to expand talent networks.
  • Assist with other Talent Acquisition or HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting technical professionals, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity and IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) and IT skill sets (e.g., cloud, networking, systems administration).
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
