About the role

The Logistics & Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and coordination between teams. This position ensures accuracy, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse while supporting logistics planning and communication.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you'll do

· Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, labels) and ensure accurate order fulfillment

· Maintain inventory accuracy in Fishbowl, including receiving, transfers, and cycle counts

· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

· Communicate with logistics and shipping/production teams to ensure alignment

· Support the operations team with day-to-day logistics and workflow coordination

· Assist leadership with tracking orders, shipments, and inventory needs

· Help identify and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

· Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations support

· Experience with Fishbowl or similar inventory systems preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
