Bubble Down Car Wash is opening a brand-new location in Clearwater and all of Tampa Bay to include areas like:
Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Palm Harbor and many more Tampa Bay locations — we're building our leadership team now.
This is a pre-opening opportunity for an Assistant Manager who wants to grow quickly within a rapidly- expanding company. Selected candidates will begin training immediately at nearby locations and and play a key role in launching and leading the Clearwater site or other Bubble Down locations. What You’ll Do
- Assist the Site Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient site performance
- Lead by example in customer service — guide customers through the wash, resolve issues, and build loyalty
- Coach team members on delivering great customer interactions and converting them into membership sales
- Train, coach, and develop staff to uphold Bubble Down’s high standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Stay actively engaged on-site — this is a hands-on leadership role
Main Requirements:
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing team
- Passion for customer service and sales, with proven experience in upselling or membership growth
- Adaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditions
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Must pass a background check
Key Skills:
- Exceptional leadership skills including goal setting and motivating
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization and time management
- Excellent customer service and team building skills
- Ability to adapt to change and adhere to systems and company policies
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs. at a time
- Computer knowledge, ability to learn how to work the site point of sale system, Microsoft word, excel, etc.
- A desire to be active and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
