Job Description

Cavalry Construction has an immediate opening for a full-time Mitigation Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration.

The role of Mitigation Technician requires professionalism, prompt response, attention to detail, and strong communication as you assist customers during stressful property damage situations

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively Perform all Mitigation Services the Company Offers Complete Tasks as Assigned by Foreman to IICRC StandardsJobsite Documentation as Assigned by Foreman – i.e. – Dash, Notes, PicturesCommunicate Effectively w/CustomersPerform Basic Equipment Maintenance, Decontaminating EquipmentPerform Basic Vehicle MaintenanceTroubleshooting Onsite Equipment IssuesExecute Scope of Work Given by Mitigation ForemanDaily Checklist of Equipment & Supplies in VehiclesAttend Departmental and Company Meetings as Required Maintaining the Integrity of the Containment & Environmental Controls Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehiclesMaintaining Jobsite Safety Including Wearing Proper PPEMaintaining Jobsite Cleanliness & Protecting Customer’s Possessions Work Environment

Regular exposure to water-damaged, mold-affected, or fire-damaged environments.Ability to work after hours, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.Work Location: In person
