Like New Car Care is growing! Located in beautiful Campbell River, and part of the Steve Marshall Group, we’re expanding our graphics and vehicle customization division. From vehicle wraps and decals to signage, window graphics, and custom installations, we’re building on our detailing roots to create a full-service appearance and customization operation.

We’re looking for an experienced Graphics & Vehicle Wrap Installer who is equally comfortable running production equipment and completing a precise installation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your work, put your skills to use across a variety of projects, and help shape a growing part of our business.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take projects from work order to finished installation, bringing care and craftsmanship to every stage.

Create work that gets noticed

• Install vehicle wraps, graphics, and decals with clean lines, precise alignment, and a professional finish.
• Apply signage, window graphics, and other custom vinyl applications.
• Prepare surfaces and materials to support quality, lasting results.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and brand standards.

Keep production moving

• Operate printers, plotters, laminators, and other production equipment.
• Prepare files, prints, and materials for installation.
• Cut, weed, laminate, and prepare vinyl and graphics accurately.
• Monitor material usage and identify supply needs before they hold up a job.

Own the project from start to finish

• Review work orders, plan your approach, and organize materials.
• Balance production and installation priorities to meet timelines.
• Troubleshoot challenges and communicate clearly about progress, timing, and job requirements.
• Work closely with the GM and Like New team to deliver a finished product everyone can be proud of.

Take care of your workspace and tools

• Maintain a clean, organized production room and installation area.
• Properly care for tools and equipment, including routine maintenance.
• Follow safe work practices throughout production and installation.

What You Bring

You know the trade and take pride in doing it well. You bring:

• Proven hands-on experience with vehicle graphics and wraps, vinyl installation, and signage production and installation.
• A strong understanding of production processes and equipment, including printers, plotters, and laminators.
• An eye for detail and a consistently high standard of workmanship.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and see jobs through to completion.
• Reliability, accountability, and clear communication.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design software.
• Experience in a dealership or high-volume production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of vinyl products, materials, and application techniques.
