We are in need of a Painter/Facilities Maintenance person for our multiple locations. Under the direction of the Fixed Operations Director, the Painter/Facilities Maintenance person will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Paint/touch up interior walls as needed
• Paint/touch up exterior walls as needed
• Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions
• Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools
• Ability to problem solve
• Drive a company van safely between locations

Requirements

• Painting experience required
• Carpentry experience preferred
• Plumbing experience preferred
• Light electrical repair experience
• Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus
• Landscaping experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation: Hourly based on experience
