We are in need of a Painter/Facilities Maintenance person for our multiple locations. Under the direction of the Fixed Operations Director, the Painter/Facilities Maintenance person will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Paint/touch up interior walls as needed
- Paint/touch up exterior walls as needed
- Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions
- Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools
- Ability to problem solve
- Drive a company van safely between locations
Requirements
- Painting experience required
- Carpentry experience preferred
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Light electrical repair experience
- Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus
- Landscaping experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation: Hourly based on experience
