The ideal Administrative Assistant/Sterilization Floater is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 34 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday with the occasional Fridays as planned
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate but Administrative experience would be an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an advantage as well.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
