Job Description

As the Director of Clinical Services, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team while supporting clinical quality and individualized eating disorder care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction for program operations and multidisciplinary treatment teams
Support quality clinical care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Support, mentor, and develop therapists and program staff through supervision, training, and performance management
Partner with medical, psychiatric, nursing, utilization review, and outreach teams to support continuity of care and program effectiveness
Monitor program performance, client progress, and areas for ongoing improvement
Build collaborative relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related behavioral health discipline required
Clinical licensure preferred, based on state and discipline requirements
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings
Experience working with eating disorder populations preferred
