What Youll Be Doing- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process

- Lean into AI, using it to make you more efficient
- You take ownership and move things forward at pace
- You stay organised and keep a high bar even when things are busy
- You’re calm under pressure and comfortable adapting when priorities shift
- You’re collaborative, low ego, and enjoy being part of a fun team
- You’re curious and driven to grow
- Fluent English is required
- Spanish is highly preferred
- Additional European languages such as Italian or French are a strong advantage
