We’re looking for a Talent Specialist (European Markets) to support hiring across key regions in Europe. Based in London, you’ll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to scale high-performing, international teams. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth.

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets
• Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
• Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience hiring across multiple European markets is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
