The Pain Institute of Georgia is seeking a dependable, compassionate Medical Assistant to support our Macon clinic as we transition to eClinicalWorks (ECW).

We are looking for a team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced specialty environment. Experience with ECW is strongly preferred, and pain management experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs and medical histories
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient care coordination
• Document clinical information in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
• Provide clear patient instructions and support follow-up care
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits

• $14–$18 per hour DOE

Qualifications

• Prior Medical Assistant experience required
• eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience strongly preferred
• Pain management or specialty clinic experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Must reside in Macon, GA or within 30 miles
• Dependable transportation required
• Ability to pass background check and verify positive prior employment
