Greets and assists all patients and/or customers who present in office. Put together daily patient charts. Obtains lab and referral information for physician review. Prepares patients for examination and assists physician during patient encounter. Answers patient questions and educates regarding minor office procedures. Maintains medical records information for patient visits, other referrals, insurance pre-certification information, and billing. May work varying hours, as needed, including holidays. May be required to travel to multiple office locations. Provides friendly, courteous, and confidential assistance to every patient.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant certification program, and valid Medical Assistant certification. Prefer one or more years experience working as a Medical Assistant within a clinic setting. Prefer experience in Orthopedics.
