Job Summary:
We are seeking a resourceful and highly motivated Trade Marketing Senior Manager to help bridge Sales, Marketing, Branding and Operations by driving retail readiness and executional excellence across all trade-facing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will support the sales team by aligning marketing strategies with retailer execution needs, managing promotional planning, and contributing to the success of new product launches.

Responsibilities:
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning & Execution
o Collaborate with Marketing on annual GTM planning and execution timelines.
o Customize marketing strategies to meet the expectations of key customers and channels.
o Ensure readiness for key account meetings by aligning deliverables across departments.
o Track GTM milestones and flag gaps or risks to execution.
• Channel Strategy
o Support development of channel-specific portfolio strategies.
o Identify commercial gaps and coordinate with Marketing and Branding to fill them.
• Price Pack Architecture
o Collaborate closely with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales Strategy to develop and implement a comprehensive Channel Strategy.
o Focus on aligning the appropriate brands, formats, and pack configurations to the right channels and customer segments.
o Work with Marketing to commercialize and address any identified portfolio gaps.
• Trade Spend Management
o Assist Sales Operations with forecast planning and promotion optimization.
o Build and manage promotional calendars in line with GTM plans.
o Support the implementation and ongoing use of TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools.
o Help evaluate trade program performance and ROI to improve effectiveness.
• Innovation Launch Support
o Coordinate launch materials and readiness efforts across Sales, Marketing and Branding.
o Ensure timelines, specs, display assets, and customer-specific needs are addressed.
o Track KPIs for innovation launches and assists with post-launch performance reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Branding and Operations to ensure alignment.
o Participate in project teams focused on improving execution and communication.
o May supervise or mentor 1–2 junior team members as function grows.
• Ad Hoc Support
o Contribute to special projects or initiatives aimed at improving commercial strategy and team efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
• 5–8 years of experience in CPG, with 3+ years in Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, or related functions
• Proven ability to manage and optimize trade spend programs
• Experience with TPM systems (implementation or daily usage)
• Familiarity with launching new products at retail and aligning cross-functional timelines
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
