This role is a key marketing leadership position focused on driving integrated digital campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and supporting lead generation across multiple channels. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and creative delivery, translating business priorities into impactful marketing initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will own campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across web, social, email, and paid media. The role also blends creative direction and hands-on design work, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and business goals. You will collaborate across departments to coordinate marketing efforts, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of initiatives from concept to execution. This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-paced environment where both strategic thinking and practical execution are essential. Your work will directly influence brand growth, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, translating business objectives into actionable campaigns.
- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing campaign calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated execution across teams.
- Plan and deliver digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
- Lead the creation and distribution of marketing content, including ads, social media assets, blogs, presentations, and sales materials.
- Provide creative direction to ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and offline marketing touchpoints.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts with Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to optimize engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or graphic design roles.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Experience managing WordPress websites and digital content workflows.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and APIs to streamline marketing processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: experience in IT, SaaS, or cloud services industries.
