You will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and strong ROI outcomes. - Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B client accounts, ensuring strong satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular performance reviews, strategy discussions, and escalation management.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPL, MRR), translating data into actionable client recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal SEO, PPC, content, and development teams to ensure effective delivery and optimization of client strategies.
- Oversee onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring clients are successfully integrated and achieving early wins.
- Maintain SLA standards for communication, reporting, and issue resolution while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar client-facing roles within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple high-touch B2B accounts with responsibility for retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, with the ability to discuss strategy, performance, and KPIs with clients.
- Experience working with metrics such as CSAT, NPS, churn, retention, and revenue under management (MRR/ARR).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence handling complex or challenging client conversations.
- Strong organizational skills and experience working in fast-paced, process-driven environments using CRM and project management tools.
- Nice to have: experience with MSP or IT services clients, SEO/PPC collaboration, and tools such as ClickUp or Jira.
