Job Description
Assistant Deli Manager
$13/hour
Reports to the Deli Manager
Requirements:
- Enforce daily operations with recipes and procedures
- Account for daily waste
- Preparing food orders through the food purveyor
- Documenting monthly inventory
- Helping create a weekly schedule
- Ensuring the kitchen staff stays within their budgeted hours
- Open availability and can work weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
- Participate in a training session with our corporate trainer
- Fill in where needed for staffing issues
- Must work up to 40 hours a week
- Can lift up to 50 pounds when deliveries arrive
- Maintain a clean work environment
