Job Description
Pureflow Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support regional growth efforts across North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. This role is designed to support business development initiatives by driving lead generation, coordinating marketing and event activities, and maintaining strong engagement with industry networks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Support business development efforts by researching target accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining an active pipeline of prospects.
- CRM & Contact Management: Maintain and organize customer and prospect data within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Follow-Up & Pipeline Support: Execute timely follow-ups with prospects and customers, helping move opportunities forward and keeping communication consistent.
- Marketing & Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing initiatives including email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event promotions, and customer communications.
- Industry Engagement: Help manage relationships with industry associations (ISPE, MTC, and others), including coordinating memberships, event participation, and ongoing communication.
- Trade Show & Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and attend industry events and trade shows. Responsibilities include logistics, booth preparation, materials coordination, and on-site support.
- Travel Coordination: Support scheduling and logistics for business development travel including meetings, events, and customer visits.
- Brand Representation: Represent Pureflow professionally at events and meetings, supporting brand presence and customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business development leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align outreach efforts and ensure consistency.
- Reporting & Organization: Track activity, maintain organized records of outreach efforts, and provide regular updates on lead generation and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development support, marketing coordination, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the company professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn or digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for events and trade shows as needed.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.
