About This Position

Position Description:

Are you passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care and helping individuals achieve stability and healing? We’re seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative behavioral health team. In this role, you’ll provide a full range of psychiatric services — including assessments, consultations, medication management, and crisis intervention — under the supervision of our psychiatrists and clinical leadership.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, record reviews, and diagnostic assessments for the individuals served Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the care team Provide treatment through psychotropic medication management and other therapeutic interventions Participate in daily rounds, consultations, and progress assessments Deliver crisis intervention and respond to urgent or emergency situations with professionalism and empathy Document care in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards What We’re Looking For

Education

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (required) Completion of clinical rotations applicable to your training program (required) Experience

Prior experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health services (required) Licenses & Certifications

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice (required) Current DEA license (required) Why Join Us?
