Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Nutritional Service Worker in our Nutritional Services Department! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the Department: Nutritional Services. We are a fast-paced kitchen that serves our patients, staff and the community. We have many facets to our department, which means there are plenty of opportunities to grow!

A typical day will include: Serving our guests, cleaning and providing great customer service. This position covers a vast array of positions and responsibilities. Performs a variety of duties to assure that patients, visitors, staff, and catered meals are served under pleasant and sanitary conditions; actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communication

• Complies with HACCP principles in all areas of storage, production, sanitation, and service to customers.
• Assists in other areas of the kitchen as directed by Supervisors.
• Completes general cleaning checklists.

Job Requirements:

• Education:Preferred High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least six months institutional food service preparation
• Skills: N/A
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
• Physical: Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
