About This Position
Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for leadership and patient care? We’re seeking a Recovery Treatment Assistant Supervisor to help guide and support our team of Recovery Treatment Assistants (RTAs). In this role, you’ll oversee daily unit operations, ensure quality care and documentation standards, and support staff development while collaborating closely with nursing and clinical teams to serve individuals in care.
What You’ll Do
• Provide day-to-day oversight and direction to RTAs on
assigned units, ensuring coverage, accountability, and timely completion of
assignments.
• Partner with nurse managers and clinical teams at the start of each shift to
review unit status, priorities, and individual care needs.
• Monitor, audit, and ensure accuracy of logs, documentation, and observation
procedures in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.
• Support delivery of direct services to the population served alongside
nursing and clinical staff.
• Coach, mentor, and train RTAs, including conducting on-the-job training for
new team members.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, evaluations, and corrective
action consistent with company policy, regulatory standards, and best
practices.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and documentation
requirements, including HIPAA and accreditation standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, required training, and
compliance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited
university (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare environment, including
at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role (required).
