Asset Recovery Specialist
Help small businesses recover and keep the equipment they need by driving real outcomes in asset recovery and loss mitigation.
Role Details
Modality: On-site (Draper, UT; training in Salt Lake City, UT)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT
Compensation: $21 – $25 per hour (Hourly)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

The Team
You’ll join a team focused on asset recovery, vendor coordination, and operational excellence. The team works cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Sales, and Vendor Management to ensure strong recovery performance and compliant processes.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate repossession and asset recovery activities with third-party vendors
- Monitor vendor performance against defined service-level expectations
- Perform skip tracing and asset location using internal tools and data sources
- Investigate accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Escalate potential fraud, misrepresentation, or documentation concerns
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation across systems
What You Have
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing roles, collections, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated performance in another environment)
- A track record of reliability, strong performance, or growth in previous roles (including service, retail, or early-career positions)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and stay organized in a structured environment
- Comfort working with systems, tools, and data (CRM or case management experience is a plus, not required)
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners
- A positive, coachable attitude and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
