Job Description
ROLE:
The Business Formation Specialist is an extremely motivated and coachable individual with a genuine desire to help clients. This role assists in processing and drafting legal documents to state and federal agencies, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with special department projects as needed. This position works directly with the Business Formation Manager and collaborates closely with the Sales and Management teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Embracing a fast-paced environment while engaging in meaningful customer interactions. A typical day may include:
- Submitting vital customer business information to State and Federal agencies
- Preparing legal documents
- Answering client questions via phone, email, and text message
- Handles, arranges, and processes both incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Faxes, scans, and files all pertinent documents
- Special projects assigned as needed

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong computer skills; proficiency Google Suite, and assorted calendar applications
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- 1 to 3 years experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
