Key Responsibilities

Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the propertyMonitor common areas, amenities, and access pointsInteract with residents and guests in a courteous, professional mannerIdentify, report, and respond to security concerns or suspicious activityEnforce property rules and community standardsFollow all post orders, SOPs, and company policiesComplete accurate patrol logs and incident reportsRequirements

Minimum of 2–3 years of security experience preferredCondominium or high-end residential experience strongly preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to walk and stand for extended periodsProfessional appearance and demeanor at all timesMust meet all state licensing and company requirementsReliable transportation to and from the propertyWhy Join Us
