IT Support Specialist Intern – Intune and Office 365 Administration

Position Overview:

Choctaw Global LLC is seeking two IT Support Specialist Interns to support administration of Microsoft Intune and Office 365 environments. This role focuses on modern workplace tools, device management, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and policy enforcement
• Administer Office 365 environment, including user accounts, licensing, and security settings
• Provide support for cloud-based applications such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
• Implement and support security measures including MFA and compliance policies

Qualifications:

• Experience and/or coursework related to Microsoft Intune and Office 365
• Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint management
• Strong communication and excellent customer support skills
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure and/or other cloud platforms
• Basic PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance best practices

Work Environment

• This role is in-person and onsite.
