This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Shared Services Manager in Brazil.
In this role, you will support a high-performing Shared Services and Solution Consulting organization by contributing to revenue-generating initiatives and enabling sales success across global markets. You will work at the intersection of content creation, project management, and sales enablement, helping deliver high-impact assets such as buyer engagement videos, localized materials, and RFP responses. The position requires strong coordination across regional and global stakeholders, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with commercial objectives. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, often across different time zones. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, organization, and attention to detail directly influence sales effectiveness and customer engagement. It offers exposure to strategic commercial processes and the opportunity to impact business growth through enablement excellence.
- Support the creation and editing of buyer engagement videos that effectively showcase product value and customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, including kickoff, coordination of inputs, content development, review, and final submission.
- Deliver localized, client-ready sales and presales assets aligned with brand and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Edit, synthesize, and consolidate content from multiple contributors into clear, compelling, and consistent materials.
- Ensure all outputs meet customer requirements, internal standards, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and improve content libraries, templates, and documentation to support scalability and efficiency.
- Support sales and solution consulting teams in driving revenue growth for both new and existing business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3+ years of experience in project management, content creation, or sales enablement in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, editorial ability, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have:
- Experience with customer experience, contact center, or enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar platforms.
- Skills in Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or visual storytelling tools.
- Graphic design or multimedia content creation experience.
