Key Account Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic customer relationships within the diagnostics and life sciences sector, contributing directly to business growth and long-term commercial success. You will act as a trusted partner to key accounts, ensuring strong engagement, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving value across complex healthcare organizations. Working remotely while covering a large territory in Brazil, you will operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where collaboration, analytical thinking, and commercial excellence are essential. Accountabilities:
  • Manage and develop strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring sustained business growth across assigned territories.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion, increasing revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and new business development.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer delivery and service excellence.
  • Monitor performance against business targets and ensure achievement of key commercial KPIs.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring accurate data tracking and performance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related fields such as Chemistry, Biology, Biomedicine, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
  • Strong experience managing key or strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong analytical skills in tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Solid negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing a large geographic territory.
  • Intermediate English proficiency required.
  • Strong willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
