This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultor Funcional Dynamics 365 CE – Pleno in Brazil.
This role is focused on acting as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions effectively support commercial processes and user needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the configuration and adoption of the Dynamics 365 Sales module, including Copilot capabilities. The position involves strong client-facing interaction, leading workshops, and guiding users through system usage and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Working in a collaborative environment, you will partner with developers and architects to align technical delivery with functional goals. This is a highly consultative role with direct impact on CRM adoption and business efficiency.
- Act as the main link between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of processes and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements with stakeholders.
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on the Sales module.
- Support adoption and usage of Dynamics 365 Sales and Copilot functionalities.
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and functional clarification sessions with business users.
- Support functional testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business needs.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional alignment of implemented solutions.
- Experience as a Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales module.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales Copilot.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business users effectively.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Consultative, solution-oriented, and structured professional profile.
- Experience in CRM processes such as sales funnel, forecasting, and commercial operations is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and experience in complex enterprise environments are strong advantages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong attention to detail and proactivity.
- PJ (contractor) engagement model.
- 100% on-site work in Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo.
