Overview

Pahrump Wash Co is seeking a reliable and hands-on Equipment Maintenance Operator to keep our car wash tunnel and equipment running efficiently. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime, maintaining wash quality, and ensuring all systems are operating safely and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all wash equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Monitor and maintain pumps, motors, blowers, and chemical systems
Respond quickly to equipment issues to reduce downtime
Keep equipment areas clean, organized, and safe
Maintain basic logs of maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with management on larger repairs or parts needed

What We’re Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude (required)
Experience with equipment maintenance, automotive, or industrial systems preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a wet, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, move, and work on equipment as needed

Compensation
Hourly pay (based on experience)
