Agency preferences are organized into the sections ranging from organization data to OHC security. Many agency preferences can be set to their default settings until your organization starts using Insight and opts for alternate settings. Also, sign into your training environment to see content examples for verbiage fields (e.g., Application Received Confirmation Verbiage).

Note: Insight can copy verbiage from 4 of the 7 class spec fields to 4 job posting fields. As a best practice, be sure the top 4 class spec form labels match the 4 job posting form labels. The remaining 3 class form labels can be left blank or labeled. If labeled, these fields will be for additional information displayed only on class spec. Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for configuring agency preferences.

To configure agency preferences for your organization:

1. On the Profile menu, click Admin > Agency Preferences.
2. Populate and configure all applicable fields (see fields grid below).
3. Click Save Agency Preferences.
