The Marriage Preparation Coordinator plays a vital role in guiding engaged couples through the process of preparing for the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. This position serves as a compassionate and organized liaison between couples, clergy, parish staff, and volunteer wedding coordinators, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and spiritually enriching experience.

The coordinator assists couples in understanding and completing all marriage preparation requirements, facilitates communication among those involved in the process, schedules necessary meetings and programs, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure that wedding liturgies are planned in accordance with diocesan and parish guidelines. Strong organizational skills
