Program Coordinator/Supervisor - Third Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator/Supervisor to oversee our operations during the third shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff working during the third shift to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

- Monitor daily workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain productivity.

- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and performance metrics.

- Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding shift operations and issues.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address concerns, and promote continuous improvement.
