The Role
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients across our Dayton-area facilities. You’ll travel between our Dayton, Fairborn, and Xenia locations, working with a collaborative team and using your judgment with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, and communicate symptoms and changes to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and the treatment team to develop individualized care plans
- Perform routine nursing procedures, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and keep accurate charts
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following all health and safety guidelines
- Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
- Support patients and their families with compassion
- Continue building your skills through workshops, conferences, and training
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, emergency care, and health and safety practices
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
- Ability to travel between our Dayton, Fairborn, and Xenia locations
