We are currently seeking a Product Development Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple moving pieces. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will play a critical part in ensuring products move seamlessly from concept to delivery.
This is an onsite role based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, helping ensure timelines are met and details are executed flawlessly.
Manage inspection, tracking, and movement of inbound and outbound sample shipments, ensuring timely cross-functional approvals
Collaborate with Product Development on prototypes, including both product and packaging development
Support the creation of customer presentations and coordinate with the Creative team on marketing materials such as brochures, product launches, and digital assets
Support and assist with detailed product line lists and customer-specific program information
Conduct market research and in-store assessments to identify trends and opportunities
Maintain sample inventory and product organization
Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency across the team
Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
Physical & Travel Requirements
This is a hands-on role that goes beyond a traditional desk position. The person in this role will actively manage and move product samples on a regular basis.
Frequent lifting is required, with moderate weight at minimum (some items such as wrapping paper cases can be heavy)
Regular movement, including loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting samples
Ability to travel between multiple local sites (up to 3 locations) as needed
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organized, and fully engaged in the product process from start to finish.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Production preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with overseas manufacturing or production is a plus
Familiarity with product categories such as gift packaging or party tableware is beneficial
